Welcome to Scoil Aoife Citywest & Cabra Judo Club, a community-driven, non-profit judo club bringing world-class training to Citywest. Our club is led by Coach Alonzo Henderson, a former Olympian and head coach at Trinity College, who is passionate about making judo accessible to all.
We offer fun, engaging, and structured judo classes for juniors (ages 6-16) and adults. Whether you're looking to build strength, learn self-defense, or train competitively, our club provides a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
